 Pinci Foods produces the most delicious lasagna you’ll ever try. The pasta is thin and abundant, and the béchamel makes the whole dish something really special.

 Pinci Foods lasagna is deliziosa!  You can immediately tell that it's an original Italian recipe made with care.  We've had the meat lasagna and are looking forward to trying the mushroom one.

 I usually have to take a nap after eating lasagna, but Pinci Foods lasagna not only leaves me wanting another helping, but also gives me enough energy to get up and wash the dishes. But wait! There aren't any.

In the middle of a long teaching week, I was able to invite two harried colleagues to my house for a delicious, gluten-free home cooked meal that left us feeling nurtured, nourished and refreshed.

 Having enjoyed lasagna for many years, I can honestly say this one has topped my list! It's a perfect blend and irresistible! A true testament to the art of Italian comfort food!

 It was delicious. Neither of us would have suspected that this was a gluten-free lasagna! 

Be prepared to be transported to rustic Italy for an authentic meal. Don't expect the usual diner fare ricotta lasagna; this is "true to its roots" fresh homemade delicate pasta that reminded us of the tasty meals during our honeymoon in Tuscany. We tried the green and white lasagna filled with bechamel and stuffed with big juicy mushrooms. This is perfectly salted for some, but if you need to fulfill your sodium intake for the day, a nice sprinkle of parmesan cheese does the trick. The lasagna is a great adaptation of what you would find in that hole in the wall memorable restaurant in Italy. Looking forward to trying the other varieties!

When we (Americans) think of lasagna, we think of a hearty, heavy, filling, comfort food, but this lasagna was so different.  Each layer is delicately and flavorfully put together with care.  You can actually taste so many ingredients!

And I can actually taste the spinach in this pasta.  I've never actually tasted the spinach in other "green" pastas, delicious!"

 Pinci Foods lasagna brought me right back to Italy!  This lasagna is incredibly fresh and delicious!  You can smell the fresh parmesan, the pasta is homemade, light and scrumptious, the bechamel is truly divine!  It was very easy to heat back up and provided a delicious nutritious meal with wholesome ingredients to my family on a busy night!  You should always have at least one Pinci lasagna in your freezer!  I highly recommend it; this is what a true lasagna should be! 

 Pinci Foods Lasagna took us right back to Italy!  High quality imported Italian cheeses, organic fresh ingredients, handmade pasta and that béchamel makes for unforgettable dinner…right at home! We had friends over and they all agreed…best Lasagna they ever had!!
